About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and providing support to our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Process clients' orders, refunds, and product exchanges efficiently, ensuring a smooth pick/pack/ship process.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the front-line responder for customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service, managing and recording the status of customer replacements, and reporting on trends regarding product issues that arise.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work directly with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and improve processes, providing feedback to the organization on how to better manage and address issues that arise.
  • Administrative Support: Perform weekly cleanup of files to ensure data is current and organized, upsell other products as necessary to meet customer needs and company goals, and handle other responsibilities as assigned, based on experience level and job growth.
  • Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying, contacting, and managing partnerships with influencers to support brand awareness and community engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a related role (Shopify experience is a major plus).
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communicator – You know how to write and speak with empathy, clarity, and a touch of personality.
