Job Opportunity

Role Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a pastry outlet. As the head of this team, you will be expected to manage staff, develop culinary services, and maintain quality control.

  • Lead a small team of cooks, pastry helpers, and trainees in preparing and delivering high-quality pastry items according to company standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, coach, and guide junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the bakery section, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements

Culinary Expertise

  • Possess a degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate strong foundation in pastry techniques and methods.
  • Show training and knowledge in Food Safety (HACCP / ISO22000).
  • Ability to work overtime, including holidays and weekends, as well as on-call availability.
