Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience navigating risks, particularly in the areas of climate change and misinformation. As a key member of our Global Risk Team, you will work closely with various global teams to help embed strong risk practices within the design and delivery of time-sensitive and impactful campaigns.

Your role will involve engaging with campaigns at various phases of design and delivery to provide a risk management lens. You will also provide guidance and feedback related to campaign materials/direction to internal teams and partners, focusing on compliance and safety risks.

You will assist in determining the appropriate path for escalating high-risk activity, collaborating with the Risk Manager and Executive teams. Additionally, you will support teams in undertaking risk identification, assessment, and monitoring for projects during planning and implementation.

You will review current policies and procedures to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement. Finally, you will operationalize and support internal governance processes related to managing campaign risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in campaigns and risk management, preferably in an international organization or one with a global footprint.
  • Strong cross-cultural experience and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an asynchronous environment.
  • A strong understanding of risk management methodologies and willingness to adapt these skills to suit the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels and manage interpersonal relationships effectively.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being an asset.
