Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Associate to manage the financial and operational backbone of our Web3 business.

This role is perfect for someone with a solid finance or accounting background, strong knowledge of digital assets, and the ability to work seamlessly across multiple entities.

As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Recording and reconciling crypto and fiat transactions across wallets, exchanges, and systems
  • Maintaining accurate ledgers for token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity
  • Coordinating with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

You will monitor and manage digital asset holdings via Fireblocks, Integral, and other tools. You will conduct regular valuation and reporting on assets ($PLMS, USDC, ETH, NFTs). You will track exposure, performance, and maintain historical records.

Additionally, you will prepare documentation and liaise with auditors during reviews. You will issue and track crypto and fiat invoices, maintain proper records. You will ensure compliance and financial documentation are up to date.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 2–5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or operations (with crypto/Web3 exposure)
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain finance, and reconciliations
  • Familiarity with Fireblocks, Integral, CoinTracking, or similar tools
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
  • Fluent or conversational English communication skills
  • Experience working across onshore/offshore entities
