We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Specialist to join our team.

This role will play a pivotal part in driving business success through strategic implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze requirements to develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Configure and deploy Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Rewards, Workforce Management, and HR Help Desk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Create functional design documents for conversions/interfaces/reports/extensions, conduct testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Design and deliver user training materials, facilitating end-user training sessions.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Completion of at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of HCM processes and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
