About the Job

  1. Support the Country Head in their daily tasks, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
  2. Manage office logistics, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
  3. Collaborate with the Country Head on HR-related projects, including onboarding and employee relations.
  4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Country Head and PH team.
  5. Maintain office supplies and equipment, guaranteeing a fully equipped workspace.
  6. Create a positive work atmosphere that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
  7. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  2. Previous experience as an Office Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Superb communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. A high level of discretion and professionalism is required.
  7. Able to work independently and collaboratively.
