Loans Officer Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Loans Officer to join our team at the Satellite Office. As a Loans Officer, you will play a key role in supporting customers who are experiencing financial difficulties. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with customers early in their arrears journey and working with them to find solutions to get their loan repayments back on track.

Main Tasks:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing financial difficulties
  • Advising customers on payment options and facilitating payment arrangements
  • Liaising with the case management team to ensure customers receive necessary support
  • Ensuring all collections activities are performed in line with guidelines and policies
