Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Lawyer to oversee corporate and commercial legal affairs, ensure regulatory compliance, draft and review contracts, and provide expert legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Recommendations
  • Clinical Compliance, Risk Management, and Assurance
  • Documentation Processing and Authentication
  • Collaborate with External Legal Counsel and other Agencies
Qualifications:
  • At least three (3) years experience as an In-House Counsel with expertise acting as Corporate Secretary or Assistant Corporate Secretary, corporate and commercial law.
  • Advanced knowledge in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Corporate Governance
  • Strong skills in Regulatory Compliance and Legal Research
  • Proven ability in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent, with a valid legal license
