ERP Project Coordinator Role

The ERP project coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of ERP implementation projects. This professional collaborates closely with the project manager to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and high client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of ERP implementation projects.
  • Collaborates with the project manager on scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Monitors deliverables, tracks project timelines, and updates dashboards.
  • Prepares status reports and escalates project risks when necessary.
  • Participates in post-implementation reviews and recommends improvements.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management.
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions.
