Job Overview

This role supports a CRM Campaign Management Team based in Berlin, Germany.

You will deploy cross-channel CRM campaigns, ensuring successful execution with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploying audience-segmented CRM campaigns across various channels.
  • Setting up and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Reviewing and testing campaign setups for quality assurance.
  • Monitoring campaign send-outs and flagging issues to the CRM Campaign Management Team.
  • Following a defined quality assurance process and deploying campaigns on time.
  • Regularly reporting project progress to stakeholders.
Skill Requirements
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities for clear communication and collaboration.
  • Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys and quality assurance for CRM campaigns.
  • A basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
