IT Specialist Opportunity

Home Credit is seeking a highly skilled IT specialist to join our team. This role involves leading developers, organizing tech talks, and guiding others in resolving complex issues.



Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the work of junior developers to ensure they achieve their goals and develop necessary skills.
  • Organize technical sessions on emerging trends in mobility and mobile technology.
  • Collaborate with international teams to develop testing frameworks and platforms.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems that impact business processes and outcomes.
  • Conduct research and development on new technologies and trends in testing.
  • Define mobile capabilities and lead product improvements.
  • Develop training programs for software engineering teams.


Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in .NET application development or equivalent skills.
  • Ability to experiment with new libraries and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of code quality and ability to improve it consistently.
  • Effective communication skills to convey business requirements to clients.
  • Mentorship skills to guide junior and mid-level developers.
  • Experience managing teams and distributing workload effectively.
  • Ability to understand project scope and make informed suggestions for development, testing, and implementation.
  • Familiarity with design patterns and principles.
  • Expertise in .NET, .NET Core, and related APIs and libraries.
  • REST API design experience.
  • Databases (relational/document), ORM/SQL mappers (EF Core…)
  • Messaging (Azure Service Bus / Kafka / Rabbit)
  • Containerization technologies, Kubernetes, AKS
  • Strong tooling skills such as Git, CI/CD Azure/TeamCity/GitLab CI
  • Distributed logging (Azure/ELK/Splunk)
  • Experience with microservice design principles and patterns
  • Agile Scrum team experience
