Families Advocate

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Manage Family Empowerment Programs Design and implement initiatives that support families in reaching their full potential.
• Uplift Families Provide guidance and support to families, helping them navigate the complexities of healthcare and training.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams to advance our mission and deliver exceptional results.
• Build Community Engagement Coordinate events, seminars, and conversations that foster a sense of community and empower families to rely on each other.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience in a professional role. This can include:
• Account Management
• Customer Success Development
• Call Center Development
• Excellent project management and process execution skills. Ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives, set goals, and optimize workflows.
• Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn). Proficient with spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
• Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
