Job Description:

The role of a Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial part in ensuring that patients receive seamless and efficient care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating treatment plans, communicating with patients, and managing appointments.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate treatment appointments to optimize the use of resources.
  • Communicate treatment details to patients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Manage patient communication, providing pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally through various channels.
  • Update patient appointment schedules to ensure timely and efficient treatment progression.
  • Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling or cancellations as needed.
  • Maintain electronic patient records and treatment plans using dental practice management software.
  • Ensure compliance with patient privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a healthcare allied course or dentistry is preferred.
  • At least 1 year experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and ability to educate patients.
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software and electronic health record systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, research, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
