Job Title: Paid Social Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Lead to join our team. As a Paid Social Lead, you will be responsible for the largest channels across our brands as part of the North America team.

This is a high-performance/high-impact role with the opportunity to work with teams across the organization - from Brand, Discounts, Creative, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and execute paid social campaigns from execution to completion.
  • Analyze performance drivers to optimize for channel ROI.
  • Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience running large multi-million dollar growth campaigns on paid social media platforms.
  • Strong communications and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
