Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to resident and guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • To maintain a high level of professionalism, projecting a positive image of the company at all times.
  • To work closely with residents, guests, and internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Mass Communications or a related field.
  • Proven work or internship experience abroad or locally, preferably in a hotel or high-end residential building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and guests.
  • Maturity, trainability, and a well-mannered demeanor.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written), with excellent language skills.
