Our organization is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The primary objective of this position is to provide prompt and effective technical assistance via various channels, including phone, chat, and ticket systems.
  • Diligent troubleshooting, identification of bugs, testing, reproduction, reporting, and collaboration with escalation engineers are essential components of this role.
  • This individual will be responsible for generating innovative ideas and contributing to the creation of comprehensive documentation and training materials for internal and external support content.
  • Clear, concise, and positive communication is crucial for successful case management, encompassing interactions with customers, team members, and engineers.

To excel in this position, applicants must possess:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Tier 1 level Technical Support and Customer Service roles.
  • The ability to efficiently manage high volumes of tickets, phone calls, and chats.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent degree/experience.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Familiarity with industry-standard technologies such as H.323 and SIP protocols, PBX systems, network administration (CCNA certification), and email/calendar tools is highly desirable.
