Remote Online Chat Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Online Chat Specialist to engage with audiences on behalf of high-profile content creators via real-time online chat. This is a flexible, remote position offering a competitive rate plus commission.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask across multiple chat sessions. They will be responsible for engaging with fans and followers, identifying opportunities to upsell premium content, subscriptions, and exclusive offers in a natural, customer-focused manner. Additionally, they will respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services. Detailed records of conversations and transactions will be maintained in CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with fans and followers on behalf of content creators via online chat platforms, ensuring a positive, personalized experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell premium content, subscriptions, and exclusive offers in a natural, customer-focused manner.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and transactions in CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in customer support, sales, or chat moderation, preferably within a BPO sector.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to multitask across multiple chat sessions.
  • High emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that drive revenue.
