Job Title: Database Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the administration, management, and design of databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Database Administration and Management: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
  • Data Analysis: You will conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions.
  • Marketing Support: You will work closely with our marketing team to execute and monitor Google Ads campaigns, handle data entry, lead organization, tagging, follow-up processes, and automations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in database management tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Lofty experience highly preferred)
  • Intermediate or higher French-speaking skills (required), with fluency in French and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
