Financial Manager - CoE Operations
About the RoleThis role will play a vital part in managing the financial aspects of our operations. You will work closely with senior management to provide expert financial guidance and support.
Your Key Responsibilities- FP&A Support: Provide high-level financial analysis, planning, and modeling to drive business growth and improvement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and present complex data to inform strategic decisions and provide valuable insights.
- Financial Close: Oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with finance teams to prepare annual plans and half-yearly forecasts.
- Working Capital Management: Monitor and manage working capital for our portfolio.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in FP&A or a related field, preferably within a global organization.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
