Dynamic Video Editor Role

This is a collaborative position that involves producing high-quality content with the potential for team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit multi-cam footage with separate sound to create engaging, polished videos.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver multiple high-quality videos per week.
  • Develop and mentor junior editors to ensure consistent quality and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate on unscripted, freestyle content to create compelling narratives and maintain viewer engagement.
  • Conduct trial edits to demonstrate proficiency in line with our creative vision.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in video editing, preferably with reality or unscripted multi-cam content.
  • Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives from unscripted footage.
  • Familiarity with sound syncing and audio post-production.
  • Experience working in a team environment; prior team management experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment with flexible schedules and overlapping hours with a US-based team.
