Job Title: Digital Storyteller

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Storyteller to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality services, you will be responsible for guiding hotel owners and marketers in building engaging social media strategies.

  • You will focus on Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms, helping clients improve visibility, attract more direct traffic, and convert followers into bookers.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and implement engaging content for hotel clients on Instagram, TikTok, and Reels.
  2. Host live webinars and small-group training sessions focused on organic social growth.
  3. Review client content and offer feedback on visuals, captions, tone, and strategy.
  4. Provide practical tips on hashtags, trends, scheduling, and content planning.
  5. Advise on photo and video best practices using just a phone.
  6. Collaborate with the content team to translate trends into actionable hotel strategies.
  7. Stay updated on social platform changes and translate those insights into client guidance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or coaching.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends.
  • Confident on-camera presence and able to host live training sessions and Q&As.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with brands or small businesses, particularly in hospitality.
  • A strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand storytelling.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Later, CapCut, or Instagram Insights.
