This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales & Marketing Lead. As a key member of our team, you will lead sales, marketing, and business development efforts, craft effective campaigns, and maintain a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with new clients and candidates, driving growth and revenue for ZIA.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and execute creative campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality marketing assets, such as speaker packets, promotional materials, and website content.
  • Project Management: Utilize ClickUp or similar tools to manage projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Analytics: Analyze data to refine campaigns and ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales and business development experience, with bonus points for marketing expertise.
  • Strong social media skills, with proficiency on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • ClickUp knowledge or experience with similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the dental industry, although not required.
