Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Liaison Officer, located in Central Luzon, Philippines. The Real Estate Liaison Officer will be responsible for managing relationships between the company and external stakeholders, negotiating property deals, coordinating with legal teams, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. The officer will also assist in site selection and acquisition, securing permits, and managing property leases.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate Management, Property Negotiation, and Site Acquisition
  • Knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills for Documentation, Record-keeping, and Permit Acquisition
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Experience with real estate contracts and legal coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
