Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project coordinator to manage and streamline electric vehicle (EV) charger installation projects. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between our teams, utility companies, permitting authorities, and clients—ensuring deadlines are met, documentation is accurate, and communication flows smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are delivered on schedule.
  • Serve as the main liaison with utility companies and municipal permitting departments.
  • Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary.
  • Prepare and review project documentation.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in project management tools.
  • Verify installation readiness, including utility upgrades, permits, and material availability.
  • Provide technical input leveraging electrical knowledge to collaborate with engineers and inspectors.
  • Communicate project status and timelines clearly with clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus.
