Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Strategist to develop and implement robust technology solutions that align with our business objectives. As a key technical leader, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define solution architectures that meet business needs.
  • Design end-to-end technical solutions ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and platforms to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Develop architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications to communicate complex ideas.
  • Lead the development of proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and reference implementations to validate new technologies.
  • Provide guidance to development teams on system design, integration, scalability, and security to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, security, and QA teams to ensure holistic solution delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Assess and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle to minimize downtime and optimize results.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or architecture roles.
  • Proven experience designing cloud-native or hybrid solutions to drive business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, data architecture, and system integration to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages to drive technical innovation.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration tools to streamline deployment and management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships and drive results.
