We're in search of a highly motivated, talented and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day operations and optimize marketplaces. As the E-Commerce Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in managing reporting tasks, coordinating promotional campaigns and ensuring seamless operation of the Lomography Online Shop. You'll work closely with our Online team and other departments to support both local and international operations. Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of the Lomography Online Shop.
  • Update product listings, prices and inventory.
  • Set up new products with texts, images, prices and stock information.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns with the marketing team.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to optimize online presence.
  • Support customer support teams and resolve issues in online listings or transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, customer support or a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite, especially spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with analogue photography is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
