Senior Building Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architect to spearhead our team's ADU feasibility, site planning, architectural design, and permitting initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and Documentation
- Create comprehensive conceptual floor plans, elevations, and renderings utilizing Revit software.
- Ensure adherence to ADA, safety, zoning, and local planning codes.
- Develop full drawing sets for permit submittal within a 3-6 week timeframe following project commencement.
- Client and Team Collaboration
- Participate in client meetings, presenting design concepts and progress updates.
- Cultivate strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to facilitate successful project outcomes.
The ideal candidate is characterized by their curiosity, drive, and eagerness to grasp every aspect of project delivery, from conceptual design to code analysis. Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD is essential for success in this role.
