Supply Chain Operations Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive global order execution and supply chain reporting. This role requires ownership of order lifecycle management, purchase order handling, inventory tracking, and contract manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the order lifecycle process: intake, validation, confirmation, delivery confirmation, and return merchandise authorization handling.
  • Own purchase order lifecycle reporting: publish trackers, analyze deviations between estimates versus actuals, support invoice-to-purchase order matching.
  • Resolve master data management issues and escalate exceptions where required.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners for rack manufacturing and staging orders.
  • Prepare weekly reports on inventory health, purchase order status, stock transfer orders, and open issues.
  • Drive issue resolution within defined service level objectives.
  • Engage daily with US counterparts to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or order management.
  • Strong experience with enterprise resource planning systems (SAP or equivalent).
  • Hands-on knowledge of purchase order management, return merchandise authorization processes, and inventory tracking.
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills with Excel/Google Sheets.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional, global, customer-facing environment.
