Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to generate new business opportunities by initiating outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to identify and engage with potential customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations and presentations, developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, qualifying leads, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar position, with a track record of achieving sales targets. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Additionally, you should have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and basic sales tools.
