Inventory Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled inventory manager to monitor stock levels, anticipate demand shifts, and manage reorders.

  • Product Procurement: Source and restock products in line with forecasting models to ensure optimal supply alignment.
  • Inventory Analysis & Forecasting: Utilize analytical skills to track sales trends, seasonality, and marketing campaign impact on demand.
  • Spreadsheet Mastery: Develop accurate spreadsheets to identify discrepancies and generate reports highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
  • Expiration Date Tracking: Monitor product expiration dates and coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize sales of nearing-expiration items.
  • Sales Channel Impact Assessment: Anticipate and manage the effects of new channels on demand. Update forecasting and reordering strategies accordingly.
  • Proactive Reordering: Set reorder points and monitor supplier lead times to prevent stockouts and overstock.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management and product sourcing, particularly for Amazon FBA Private label.
  • Proficiency in inventory forecasting tools, including Helium10.
  • Familiarity with sales trends, seasonality, and integrating those into inventory strategies.
  • Organizational and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional coordination.
