Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional online shopping experiences for customers across various marketplaces by promptly addressing their issues through timely responses to emails, calls, voicemails, and live chat. The ideal candidate will also undertake special projects designated by the Team Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver customer service for Amazon 2P and 3P accounts and monitor their performance on Amazon.
  • Represent assigned brands and familiarize themselves with each brand's online selling policies.
  • Ensure assigned brands achieve excellent performance ratings on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Address customer queries related to orders processed through Amazon, the company website, and physical stores by coordinating primarily with the Supplier Management group, as well as the Listings, Inventory, Pricing, and Warehouse Teams.
  • Provide customers with shipment status updates.
  • Confirm, cancel, and process refunds for orders as needed.
  • Send notifications for order delays.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to investigate lost packages and defective product claims.
  • Build customer trust and earn positive feedback.
  • Update internal tools, such as spreadsheets.
  • Maintain excellent metrics on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Support special projects assigned by the Manager.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager and act as the point of contact in the absence of the Manager or when needed.
Essential Requirements:
  • Confident communication skills in American English and proficiency in writing emails.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with internet navigation.
  • Good attendance record in previous employment.
  • Excellent teamwork skills even on matters outside one's scope.
  • Detailed-oriented and highly organized approach.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts.
  • Willingsness to work on weekends with a rotational schedule.
