We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our team in corporate finance and private equity activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in financial modeling and valuation assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting in-depth research and analysis of companies and industries to support client engagements, business development, and marketing opportunities.
  2. Collecting, organizing, and analyzing information from internal and external sources to inform decision-making.
  3. Developing and maintaining complex financial models and valuation assessments using methodologies such as DCF analysis, Comparable Company, and Comparable Transactions analyses.
  4. Identifying and contacting potential buyers and/or sellers to facilitate transactions.
  5. Coordinating due diligence processes, managing data rooms, and preparing management meeting materials.
  6. Serving as a key team member in advisory and financing transactions, with the ability to work independently to lead deals.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in banking, consulting, accounting, or finance roles within a company environment.
  2. Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial statement analysis, three-statement modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence management.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively via phone and video conference.
  4. High energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and integrity.
