Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in digital marketing by working across a variety of platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Assist with writing and editing marketing content, produce simple visual assets using design tools, and create engaging social media posts.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms, monitor engagement, and report on performance metrics.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Build and send email campaigns using marketing automation tools, manage contact lists, and optimize email performance through A/B testing and reporting.
  • Website Updates: Make basic content updates to websites via CMS and coordinate with developers for more complex changes.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile performance data from various platforms, prepare monthly reports with actionable insights, and track campaign and ad spend.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm about marketing and eagerness to develop in a hands-on role.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Salesforce, WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
