  • Identification and resolution of tracking issues ensure accurate performance measurement.
Performance Reporting & Insights:
  • Dashboards display campaign ROI, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
  • Reliable data provided to marketing specialists and managers to optimize performance.
  • Data flows seamlessly for fast decisions to scale winning campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and/or web analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot for campaign management and lead nurturing, Google Analytics and campaign tracking, and marketing automation platforms for workflow optimization.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel optimization, conversion tracking, and attribution.
  • Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
