Financial Planning Assistant Role

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM)

  • Required Experience:
  • A minimum of five years' experience in finance-related businesses, completing financial and other administrative tasks is a must.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • A background in finance, lending or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho and CRM Zoho Desk
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with loan customers

Favorable Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Paraplanning in Australia is preferred

Description of Tasks:

  • Preparing and lodging forms and documentation for superannuation, investments, insurance and other financial products as directed
  • Tracking implementation tasks and following up on outstanding items
  • Managing internal databases and updating client records in line with compliance requirements
  • Drafting emails and client correspondence for review
  • Assisting with report generation and other general admin tasks
  • Liaising with providers or platforms via email or phone when necessary
  • Ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail in all work submitted
