RCX Recruitment Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Development Project Manager to lead the operation of our power generation assets and business development of new power projects.

Job Description
  • Manage and support business development team in various pipeline of power projects and implement strategies to achieve objectives
  • Conceptualize, perform and execute plans to achieve goals in developing new power plants
  • Supervision of the day-to-day operations of company's power generating assets including electricity trading, commercial performance and operation performance
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence in WESM Compliance standards, regulatory requirements and updating permits
  • Short and long-term energy market modelling, electricity price simulation, and forecasting
  • Coordination with DOE (the Department of Energy), ERC (Energy Regulatory Commission), IEMOP, NGCP, PEMC, DENR (Department of Environment and Natural Resources) and other entities, if necessary
  • Proper operational execution of all short-term and long-term Agreements (PPA, ASPA, etc)

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical and decision-making skills, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as high knowledge of different policy/regulatory frameworks that have allowed the successful development of power projects and operating new power projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies
