What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot account, transaction, or platform-related issues specific to financial or crypto services.
  • Educate users on how to use our platform, especially features related to crypto wallets, transactions, and financial tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance) to resolve complex user issues.
  • Identify and escalate patterns or bugs that may impact the user experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support or client services role.
  • Solid understanding of finance, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms and tools.
  • Experience supporting users of fintech or crypto applications is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A calm, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience at a crypto exchange, wallet provider, or fintech company.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology, DeFi platforms, or digital assets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in finance or crypto.
