Business Intelligence Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BI tools and technologies, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses.
  • Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical BI specifications and deliverables.
  • Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries to efficiently retrieve and manipulate large datasets.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across BI platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators that support strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a similar analytics-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in BI visualization tools, including experience with DAX, custom visuals, or advanced dashboard design.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and working with large, complex datasets.
  • Proven experience with ETL tools and processes, including data cleansing, transformation, and automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and best practices for database design.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear, meaningful insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
