Project Management Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Optimization Specialist to join our team and drive process improvements across the organization.

This key role involves refining workflows, integrating collaboration systems, and creating intuitive dashboards to enhance project execution and ensure seamless communication among teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and Enhance Workflows: Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart (or similar software) and identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com, providing proactive solutions.
  • Comprehensive Workflow Management: Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes.
  • Facilitate Cross-Party Communication: Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties.
  • Subcontractor Collaboration System: Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information, ensuring they are accessible and easy to understand for all users.
  • Team Onboarding and Training: Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption.
  • Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration: Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization, providing insights, suggesting improvements, and collaborating with the team for better workflows and processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development.
  • Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems.
