Seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with experience in various disciplines including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing maintenance support for site properties and structures, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition and that the work environment remains safe and clean.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair or contract structural woodwork and equipment repairs
  • Perform corrective and preventative maintenance
  • Facilitate carpentry projects, estimate costs, and requisition supplies
  • Maintain company fleet vehicles and track maintenance
  • Facilitate grounds and landscaping (mowing, trimming, snow removal)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Broad knowledge of construction practices, tools, and safety codes
  • Strong administrative skills and computer knowledge
  • Ability to recognize good craftsmanship and quality of products and services
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
