Position Title: Aircon Maintenance Technician

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Aircon Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of air conditioning systems to ensure optimal operation and comfort within our facility.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on air conditioning units, including cleaning, filter replacement, and performance checks.

  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in AC systems (window-type, split-type, cassette, etc.).

  • Monitor and maintain refrigerant levels, inspect for leaks, and perform necessary refills or repairs.

  • Maintain records of repairs, replacements, and service schedules.

  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for parts and outsourced repairs when needed.

  • Support the Facilities or Maintenance team in other building-related tasks when required.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or TESDA certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in AC maintenance and repair.

  • Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC tools, and maintenance procedures.

  • Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.

  • Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Willing to be on-call or work flexible hours when necessary.

  • Knowledge in electrical troubleshooting and minor plumbing repairs is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with energy efficiency and environmentally friendly practices.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
