As a data analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by leveraging data-driven insights. This includes developing and maintaining reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity, as well as creating new dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable intelligence.

You will collaborate closely with department managers to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks. This will involve conducting data validation, cleaning, and analysis from various systems, including project management tools and CRM.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be monitored and trends or anomalies identified. Additionally, you will assist in building forecasting models for workload planning, resource allocation, and project timelines.

A strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL is required, as is familiarity with database management and data visualization best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve existing reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop new dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear insights into business performance.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their data needs.
  • Conduct data validation, cleaning, and analysis from various systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in building forecasting models for workload planning.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
