Job Description

As an Adaptive Planning Consultant, you will work with clients to transform their business planning needs using the Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud. You will be part of a delivery team supporting implementations for customers across multiple industries, providing expertise on the Adaptive Planning solution and contributing to all phases of implementation projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to understand their current planning process and consultatively move legacy models into Adaptive Planning
  • Investigate and recommend solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe
  • Develop and configure accurate forecasting and planning models in Adaptive Planning to meet clients' business needs
  • Assist in guiding clients through design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial and/or management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, planning, and management reporting
  • Exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Host Analytics, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to formally present to senior client audiences
  • Ability to execute tasks with limited supervision and manage time effectively
