At Descartes, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Carrier Compliance Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys data accuracy, organization, and working in a collaborative environment.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to collect and verify insurance certificates from carrier providers. The successful candidate will accurately enter, update, and manage carrier data in our MyCarrierPortal systems. Additionally, they will review and validate carrier insurance coverage for compliance and legitimacy.
Responsibilities:- Collect and verify insurance certificates from carrier providers.

- Review and validate carrier insurance coverage for compliance and legitimacy.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma (additional certifications in data entry/admin a plus).
- Experience in data entry, compliance, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
