Job Summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a strategic and dynamic Strategy Coordinator to support our growing Advisory line of business.


This role will drive overall strategy, ensure clear and effective communication both internally and externally, optimize operational efficiency, and foster cross-functional collaboration.



Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with management to create detailed and in-depth documentation such as presentations, plans, proposals, and reports.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and driving execution from inception to completion.
  • Manage confidential data, including sensitive business, financial and personnel information.
  • Manage product meetings, including agenda setting, presentation preparation, and follow-up.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Track and follow-up on key deliverables for matrix teams.
  • Update and create JIRA tickets and Confluence pages for the teams, to ensure alignment.
  • Generate reports utilizing business intelligence tools and present findings.
  • Perform daily or ad-hoc tasks such as expense reports, submitting tickets, and submitting changes in HRIS platform.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related field (or equivalent work experience) required; advanced degree preferred (MBA).
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting, market research, or Chief of Staff role.
  • Experience in business strategy development preferred.
  • FINRA SIE License preferred.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to work with numerous and conflicting deadlines.
  • Ability to perform many complex and confidential tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365; advanced PowerPoint skills preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge in JIRA and Confluence.
