Accounts Receivable Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Professional to manage our company's accounts receivable, cash posting, and ensure accurate payment allocation and receipt verification.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to utilize their organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to drive success in our finance department.

  • Daily cash posting from various banks and financial institutions will be a key responsibility
  • Maintaining accurate and timely posting of cash receipts from multiple lock boxes will also be essential
  • Ensuring cash to accounting reconciliation aligns with company standards will require strong analytical skills
  • The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing effective reconciliation processes around lock box procedures
  • Reporting on cash receipts and volume will also be a key aspect of this role
  • Reviewing remittance details and updating customer information will require close attention to detail
  • Performing account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and resolving inquiries will also be necessary

A successful candidate will possess:

  • 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, including collections and contract management
  • Industry experience in IT services is highly valued
  • Familiarity with accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, and ConnectWise is a must
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills will enable you to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role
