Product Marketing Content Specialist Role

This is an entry-level position that reports directly to the Product Marketing Manager. The primary responsibilities include providing operational and administrative support to the product content subdomain of Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in product content subdomain, including product collateral development, release content creation, and other content-related executions.
  • Develop, copywrite, and manage content for various channels and platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Assist in other functions of Product Marketing, such as product roadmap planning, competitor research, especially if the task is heavy on product content.
  • Operationalize and execute all product marketing work plans.
  • Pitch ideas and go-to-market strategies, and execute product launch activities.
  • Craft value propositions, messaging, product content, and collaterals.
  • Manage and track product information and content maintained by the Product Marketing Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product marketing, preferably in product content/content writing/copywriting.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant marketing experience are welcome to apply.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and adaptability are essential.
  • Meticulousness, methodical approach, and strong organizational skills are required.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Persistent and resourceful individuals with excellent English written and oral communication skills are preferred.
