Customer Experience Product Role

Our organization seeks a skilled Customer Experience (CX) Product Manager to drive strategic product decisions and customer support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for customer engagement channels, identifying opportunities for channel enhancement and automation.
  • Design business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed support projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new capabilities and improve existing ones.
  • Conduct research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of customer engagement channels and identify areas for improvement.
We're Looking For:
  • A degree in Operations Management, Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) and insights.
  • Proficiency in CX Research and Analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, analytical thinking skills, and problem-solving skills.
