Job Description

As a key member of our Compliance & Monitoring team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and approve live message content for customers, identifying and flagging any potential fraud, spam, or phishing activity.

You will work closely with our Customer Support team to educate customers on content guidelines and texting responsibly, while also collaborating with other specialists across multiple teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. You must be able to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and approve live message content for customers, identifying and flagging potential fraud, spam, or phishing activity
  • Collaborate with Customer Support team to educate customers on content guidelines and texting responsibly
  • Work with specialists across multiple teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyze complex data, identify patterns, and provide recommendations for process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a similar role is desired, particularly one that has required exceptionally high detail orientation
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Proven experience working autonomously
  • Self-starter, positive and can-do attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team
