Project Management Officer Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to oversee the successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including meeting notes and action items.
  • Risk and Issue Management
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to address project deviations.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Ensure adherence to project quality standards and best practices.
    • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement
    • Analyze project data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
    • Develop and implement new processes or procedures to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of full-time experience as a Project Manager, directly managing teams in the financial services, banking, or insurance industry.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative Waterfall.
    • Strong knowledge of project management tools and platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
